This variety interests me
A grand cru, ruby-red shrub in autumn: its broad, thick, dark green, semi-glossy foliage takes on superb wine-red hues from late August through to winter. From autumn through to winter, it produces a large number of yellow then pink fruits, opening creamy and revealing black seeds with an orange aril. In June-July, it bears white flowers with 4 petals, large for a fusain. Very original and decorative over a long period. Ideal as a stand-alone plant or in beds, hedges or tubs.
