This variety interests me
The first and only one naturally compact and ramified laurel ! Evergreen foliage. Bright aromatic and curved leaves. Low maintenance plant, really resistant to drought. Perfect for gardens, in flowerbeds or isolated, and in containers. Useful for cooking in a bouquet garni or in sauces, stews. Little ragu® is a really compact variety, growing up to 2m in height and 1,5 in width maximum with strong, natural, ramification. Evergreen foliage. Its decorative young gold tinted shoots offer great contrast with the red stems. This laurus will grow well naturally with good ramification. The variety will however support very well an formative pruning at the end of winter or during summer to reinforce density. Relatively rustic plant. The stump recovers well after really cold temperatures.
